Return when a subreddit's top posts of the last 90 days went up: the three best weekday and hour slots in UTC (dow 0 is Sunday), and one sentence in the organization's time zone. A room without enough posts answers status no_data. Advice only: it moves no send time. Cache policy: cached. Idempotency: none. Auth modes: api_key, mcp_oauth, session_bearer.
