Can I promote my coloring book here?
No. Self promotion of your own coloring pages or books is banned in every form here, and the moderators point you to their sister sub r/Colouring for that instead.

This is a community for people who love coloring, and the description makes it clear that spelling does not matter, so coloring and colouring are both welcome. People post finished coloring pages, line art, abstract work, anime pieces, and even fun things like a stain on a desk turned into art. The room is built around sharing your own finished work and talking with other colorists. It is not a marketplace. The moderators point anyone who wants to promote pages or books to their sister sub r/Colouring, where self promotion is one of the main focuses. The people here are hobbyists who color for fun, so the tone is warm, casual, and very protective of that feeling.
The rule that decides everything for a marketer is “Self Promotion/Selling/Advertising posts are NOT allowed”, which bans promoting your own coloring pages or books, asking for feedback on your process, sharing freebies, and anything about making a book. “No Posting or Commenting of Social Media Platforms” bans sharing or asking for social handles, with one exception on Saturday in the designated thread. “Copyright infringement” says an uncolored picture must have a pencil over it or a text overlay, and that Pinterest posts are absolutely forbidden. “No low effort youtube/tik tok etc spam.” only allows video links for tutorials and reviews, never ASMR, colour with me content, or book promotion. “Do not post someone else's pages” bans posting pages that are not yours, except in a color along with permission. “Don't be a snob! Don't use karma farming or clickbait titles.” bans clickbait titles and titles that fish for compliments. “Be respectful!” asks for constructive critique. “Please tag trigger warning posts” requires a warning in the title and an NSFW mark for sensitive content.
If you color, post your finished work. That is the heart of this community. A good post is a photo of a page you colored yourself, with an honest and simple title that describes the book, the medium, or the scene without fishing for compliments. If you are a founder, think of this as a place to be a member first. Color pages from books you genuinely enjoy, share your process in the comments when people ask, and answer questions about tools and techniques without pushing your own products. If you make a video, it can only be a tutorial or a review, so a genuine review of a coloring book or a technique tutorial is the one video shape that fits. If you want to share your socials, save it for Saturday and use the designated thread. If you want to promote your own pages or books, do not do it here at all, go to the sister sub r/Colouring and read its rules first.
The fastest way to get removed or banned is self promotion, and the rules are blunt about it. If your only contribution here has been self promotion, you will be banned, and the rule says this happens with the option to discuss, which is not a great place to start a relationship. Do not post links to your shop, your book, your free pages, or your socials. Do not ask people to follow you on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, or Discord, except in the Saturday designated thread. Do not post uncolored line art without covering it with a pencil or a text overlay, because that is a copyright problem. Never post anything from Pinterest, because the rule says those posts are absolutely forbidden. Do not post someone else's pages, and do not post video content that is ASMR, colour with me, or book promotion, because only tutorials and reviews are allowed. Do not use clickbait titles or titles that beg for upvotes and compliments, and do not look down on anyone's equipment or choices, including their use of AI images.

Only on Saturday in the designated thread. Any other day, social media links and handles are not allowed.
Yes, AI images are allowed and members may color them freely. Just do not point out that a work is AI unless you are asked, and do not debate AI use in the comments.
No. Pinterest posts are absolutely forbidden because most of those images were shared without the artist's knowledge or permission.
Yes, tutorials and reviews are the only allowed video formats here. ASMR, colour with me, and self promotion videos are all removed.
