Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rankhog, operated by Productized Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Rankhog.

Rankhog is a Reddit visibility platform that helps companies find relevant Reddit conversations, build strategy, draft useful replies, and run guarded browser-assisted workflows through a connected desktop browser. Rankhog may include a website, dashboard, free tools, onboarding workflows, reports, AI-assisted drafting, support, and an optional desktop companion.

Some Rankhog features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or stop serving any user, customer, organization, product, or use case at our discretion, including when we believe the use case creates legal, security, platform-policy, reputation, operational, or account-safety risk.

Rankhog uses browser-assisted workflows instead of Reddit automation shortcuts. When you use an existing Reddit account, you sign in directly inside the Rankhog desktop browser. Rankhog does not ask for or store your Reddit password, Reddit two-factor authentication codes, Reddit OAuth tokens, or raw Reddit profile cookies on Rankhog servers.

Some browser actions may require approval before they run. You are responsible for keeping your connected device secure and for reviewing drafts, approvals, and actions before they are submitted.

Reddit accounts are controlled by Reddit and are subject to Reddit's own rules, enforcement systems, moderators, and platform decisions. Rankhog is not responsible or liable if your Reddit account is banned, suspended, limited, restricted, flagged, shadowbanned, downranked, rate-limited, loses karma, loses access, or otherwise receives any account-level or content-level enforcement action.

If you choose optional Reddit account setup, Rankhog may help source and warm up an account for your use. You own the account after setup, subject to Reddit rules and the policies of any third-party platforms.

You agree not to use Rankhog to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies.
• Send spam, harassment, threats, abusive content, or deceptive content.
• Manipulate votes, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Rankhog, Reddit, or any third-party system.
• Interfere with Rankhog infrastructure or use automated access without our written permission.
• Upload or submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Rankhog, including onboarding answers, product context, drafts, goals, and support messages. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide Rankhog.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights.

Rankhog may generate plans, recommendations, reports, drafts, and other AI-assisted output. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted or otherwise used.

Certain Rankhog features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we do not store payment card information directly. Subscriptions, trials, plan terms, renewal cadence, and pricing are presented at checkout.

To avoid renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least seven days before the next renewal date. Cancellations requested fewer than seven days before renewal may take effect for the following billing period, and the upcoming renewal may still be charged. Access continues until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Optional Reddit account setup may be billed as a separate one-time charge.

Your use of Rankhog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We work to keep Rankhog reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Rankhog may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rankhog.

Rankhog helps with strategy, drafting, safety checks, and workflow execution, but we do not guarantee Reddit acceptance, moderator approval, karma, search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, or any other business outcome. We also do not guarantee that a Reddit account or Reddit content will avoid bans, suspensions, flags, removals, rate limits, restrictions, or other enforcement actions. Reddit rules, search systems, and AI answer systems can change at any time.

Rankhog, including its software, workflows, interface, name, logo, branding, and documentation, is owned by Productized Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from Rankhog except as permitted by law or by a separate written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to Rankhog at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used Rankhog abusively. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Rankhog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productized Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to Rankhog. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Without limiting the above, Productized Inc. will not be responsible or liable for Reddit account bans, suspensions, restrictions, flags, shadowbans, rate limits, karma loss, content removals, moderator actions, platform enforcement, lost account access, lost business opportunities, lost rankings, lost traffic, or lost revenue connected to your use of Rankhog or Reddit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Rankhog will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date when changes are material. Continued use of Rankhog after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
