Can I mention my product at all?
Yes, but only inside an existing discussion and only with your affiliation disclosed. Starting your own promotional thread is not allowed.

This community is for people who work with Microsoft 365 as a platform. The description calls it an all in one modern workplace platform, and the room covers everything from Windows AutoPilot to Robotic Process Automation. The people posting here are mostly professionals who manage Microsoft 365 for Business or Enterprise, because rule 6 says the community is mostly focused on that side rather than personal accounts. So think admins, IT folks, and people who deploy and run this stack at work, not someone wondering why their personal OneDrive is full.
Four rules decide whether a marketing adjacent post survives here. “Account Age” means your account must be 24 hours old before you can post, so a fresh account created this morning gets removed. “Advertising” is the big one, it says the reddit advertising system exists for promotion, vendors are free to discuss their product in the context of an existing discussion, posting articles from your own blog is considered a product, and users must disclose any affiliation with a product. “Low Quality / LLM Content” bans GPT and LLM created content outright and tells you not to rely on AI to do your thinking for you. “Wrong Community” covers off topic posts, it expects requests for assistance to contain basic situational information and evidence of basic troubleshooting and Googling for self help. “Professionalism” matters too, it asks for politeness, no trolling, and no posts that are entirely memes.
A good post here is a genuine contribution to a conversation that already exists. If you build something in the Microsoft 365 space, the safest path in the rules is to join an existing discussion, share what you know, and disclose your affiliation plainly. If you ask a question, include your business context, what you already tried, and what you found when you searched, because the rules expect that effort. Write it yourself, in your own words, with details and opinions, since the community explicitly asks you to enrich it and explicitly bans AI written content. Help posts should stay within a business environment.
Do not post from a brand new account, the 24 hour rule will catch it. Do not start a thread just to promote your product, that is what the advertising system is for. Do not link your own blog, the rules call that a product. Do not post AI written content, it is banned outright. Do not ask for help without sharing what you already tried, because posts without situational information and troubleshooting evidence get removed as wrong community posts. And do not post about your personal Microsoft account, personal OneDrive, Hotmail, or Minecraft questions belong elsewhere.
