- Treat Everyone Like Your Mum: We’re here to prop up and encourage our fellow hosts, especially ones that are new and still finding their footing. Remember to treat new hosts and those interested in hosting with the same level of respect you would a veteran with 30 listings. Comments should be respectful and constructive. This one is simple: be kind.
- New acct, low karma, AI: Your post is being removed for one or several of these reasons. Account is too new, been dormant too long, lack of karma and/or previous participation here and use of excessive AI. We prefer human conversations on this subreddit.
- Must Be A Current, Former, or Aspiring Host: Posts and comments, unless otherwise specified, should be from hosts that are either, actively listing on airbnb, interested in becoming a new host or a former host. If you are a guest, we recommend you check out /r/airbnb instead. If you are a host asking about your experience as a GUEST you need to post or r/airbnb.
- Moderator Discretion: Posts are at the discretion of the moderators. If we do not believe it to be interesting, or think it is spam, we will remove it. If it is an obvious attempt to antagonize or just plain bash Airbnb and hosting, you’re in the wrong place. If you repeatedly exhibit this behavior you will be banned.
