  • No Spam or Surveys: Spam is unsolicited or excessive content posted primarily to advertise, promote, or drive traffic rather than contribute meaningfully to discussion. This includes but is not limited to, repetitive posts, referral links, unsolicited promotion, mass posting across multiple communities, or content whose main purpose is self-promotion rather than participation
  • No Bullying or Harassment: Debate is encouraged but downright disrespect and cruelty will not be tolerated.
  • No Advocating Impermissible Activity: Any posts or comments that suggest that a person undertakes noiprohibited activities will be removed, and the poster will be subject to a temporary or permanent ban. Examples include - advice on having a listing in an area where it is not allowed by law, recommending not complying with local ordinances, falsifying claims for losses caused by tenants, suggestions to tenants about how to break host rules or otherwise violate Airbnb's ToS, etc.
  • Not a host.: This is a forum for hosts.
  • Impersonation: Impersonation of another user
  • AI: Please do not submit posts written by a LLM.
  • No ban evasion.: Your account was flagged by Reddit as evading a ban. As you have been banned on another account, you must appeal the ban to Reddit admins on that account.
  • Don’t be a jerk: Does this really need an explanation?
