- No Promotional Posts (SPAM), Recruitment, or Referral Seeking: It is not acceptable to create any post, comment, or PM promoting a business, product, service, brokerage, or brand. This includes blogs, vlogs, or links for SEO. Don't give free accounts, ask to test, or ask for opinions. Don't ask for surveys or for ideas/feedback for new products. No soliciting for referrals or recruiting. Giving referrals is ok. Linking to a business in the comments is acceptable provided you are not self-promoting. No taking the discussion off reddit or into PMs.
- No Irrelevant Topics or Seeking Legal/Tax Advice: Articles should foster relevant discussion, or involve some sort of question. You can not seek legal or tax advice here. Contact and attorney or tax accountant. Discussions about technology, third-party vendors, or platforms used in the real estate business should be posted in r/RealEstateTechnology. If it is a general real estate question, your post may be more suitable at r/RealEstate.
