It depends on the karma the account already has. Rankhog's rule looks at two numbers, total karma against 50 and comment karma against 20, and takes the weaker of the two. An account at both bars gets 7 days, one most of the way there gets 14, one a third of the way gets 21, and a brand-new account gets 28.
