- No Off-Topic Posts: Posts must be on-topic about investing in stocks from a Value Investing perspective. Off-topic may include (but is not limited to): Basic personal finance questions; Cryptocurrency; General business, political, or economic news; Company news with no investing focus; Currency/Forex investing; Technical/Charting; Real Estate; Day Trading; Meme Stocks; Penny Stocks; etc. “On Topic” is at the discretion of the moderators.
- No Spam: No content that is posted to many subreddits at once. No accounts that repeatedly post links to the same websites (whether in posts or comments). In addition to account bans, outside websites that are over-promoted here may have their links banned also. Accounts that exist only to advertise a product or service are not allowed.
- No Scams: No posts or comments that may be scams or include links to suspicious websites, user profiles, or subreddits that promote scams. Includes “get rich quick” or crypto schemes.
- No Commercial Advertising: No posts, comments or accounts advertising commercial products or services. Truly free services may be introduced once. - No Personal Attacks, Derogatory Language, or Harasssment: Posts or comments including personal attacks or derogatory language are not tolerated. No repeated harassment of other users. We use Reddit’s abuse filters set to maximum.
- No soliciting direct messages or contact info: No soliciting direct messages (DM), email, or other contact information. Doing this for the purpose of circumventing other rules may result in a ban.
